GLAMOUR LASH LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment, submitting a form, providing a phone number, or receiving services from Glamour Lash LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

   1.APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply according to salon policy.

    2.PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. By providing payment information, clients authorize Glamour Lash LLC to charge for completed services, applicable cancellation fees, and products purchased.

   3.SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Results of beauty services may vary from person to person based on skin type, natural lashes, aftercare compliance, lifestyle, medications, allergies, and other individual factors.

Glamour Lash LLC does not guarantee identical results for every client. Clients acknowledge that cosmetic and beauty services are subjective in nature.

   4.REFUNDS

All completed services are final. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

If concerns arise, clients should contact the salon within the designated correction period so that reasonable corrective measures may be offered at management's discretion.

   5.CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were received and completed.

In the event of a chargeback, Glamour Lash LLC reserves the right to provide appointment records, signed forms, photographs, communications, receipts, and service documentation to the payment processor, bank, or legal authorities.

   6.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing allergies, medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, previous cosmetic procedures, and any information that may affect treatment outcomes.

   7.SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your phone number, clients consent to receive appointment reminders, customer service communications, review requests, loyalty program updates, and promotional messages from Glamour Lash LLC.

   8.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   9.MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Glamour Lash LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
